Recognized for Excellence

The Vidanta resorts are some of the most luxurious and spectacular destinations in Latin America. We’ve worked hard to cultivate exceptional vacation experiences to inspire generations of happiness for our members, not to win awards. But it is always nice to know that Vidanta is setting the standards, leading the industry, and raising the bar for service and quality.

Awards List

AAA FIVE DIAMOND AWARD

The AAA Five Diamond Award is the highest level of the Diamond Ratings System for restaurants and lodgings administered by AAA. Just 0.28 percent of the 58,000 AAA/CAA-approved properties have received this prestigious designation. To be considered for a Five Diamond, a property must first meet AAA’s basic requirements before being evaluated by one of AAA’s inspectors. Once evaluated, a rating of One to Five Diamonds is assigned based on lodging and restaurant published guidelines for facilities, amenities, and service. We are honored that our Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta resort hotel has been recognized for this illustrious distinction.

GREAT PLACE TO WORK, MEXICO

The Great Place to Work Institute was founded in 1991 in the United States in order to evaluate and provide tools that help businesses to be Great Places to Work. The Great Place to Work organization measures employee feedback against the policies, programs, and practices that each organization offers its employees to come up with Best Workplaces lists. Those companies that create environments with trust at their core, that live their values, and that strive to have a positive impact on their communities make the list.

Vidanta has been evaluated annually under the Great Place to Work model and, since participating, we’ve been recognized as one of the 100 Great Places to Work for in Mexico. In 2013, 2014, and 2015, our company earned the distinction of being in the top 10 Great Places to Work in Mexico, and is currently ranked as #6 in the general list and #1 for the hospitality industry.
