Ground Transportation

Once you book your vacation, you can arrange transportation from the airport to the resort by following the information sent to you in your confirmation email or visiting the following site: precheckin.vidanta.com/shuttle/guest

At this site, you will be able to reserve your transportation using your reservation number. A confirmation slip will then be emailed to you directly from the transportation company once they’ve reviewed and accepted your request.

Transport Service Information
Transportation to Vidanta Mazatlán is provided by King David Co. When you get through customs at the airport, look for a driver wearing blue jeans and a yellow shirt, carrying a sign for your resort hotel.

Things to Know

Passports are required for anyone traveling to Mexico, including children.

When you pass through Immigration, the officer will give you a portion of your immigration form. Please keep this in a safe place — we recommend inside your passport — since you will need this upon departure from Mexico.
