Exciting collaborations with some of the world’s top chefs is one of the most outstanding ongoing projects through which Grupo Vidanta constantly innovates and offers the best in national and international cuisine across all destinations. The French restaurant Azur at Vidanta Riviera Maya will host a surprising culinary experience created by distinguished Mexican talent, consisting of a carefully selected seven-course tasting menu. Dishes will include such exquisite creations as a delicious Bluefin tuna from Baja, foie gras, a watermelon and chipotle emulsion, fresh seafood-stuffed ravioli, black truffle and anchovies, and a cocoa-Tabasco infusion paired with goat cheese, among others.

This extraordinary tasting will have a limited capacity of 30 diners at two different sittings (6 and 8 PM), with the option of pairing the menu with international and national wine selections.
