At the Vidanta destinations, mealtime is as much a celebrated part of vacation as family time, pool time, or relaxation time. A lot of care and passion goes into every dish created, whether it’s a room service breakfast savored in bed, a churro enjoyed at Mercardo México, or a filet mignon ordered at Azur. Here, dining is elevated to a unique and wonderful experience to be as cherished as much as every other amazing memory made during your stay.
One of the things that makes Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ so exceptional is its imaginative dinner service. Packed with delightful surprises, like an amuse bouche that brings the inner dragon out in everyone, this singular meal is one you’ll remember for a lifetime.
When in Mexico, make sure you try the scintillating tastes of antojitos, which literally means “little cravings,” at Mercado México at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta. For a taste of this traditional street food, try the tacos, quesadillas, and elotes for delicious authentic dishes that will leave you satisfied.
For those who believe dining while on vacation should be an event, don’t miss the teppanyaki dinner at Gong, located at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta. A marvelous mix of entertainment and fine dining, teppanyaki features a seating of 8 around a giant grill, where your five-course meal is prepared before you by a multi-talented chef.
